It is over a decade since I have been going to this shop. A great place as you can get most of Ur groceries and meats are reasonably priced. Probably couple of years ago, they hired this incredible angry, rude, passive aggressive man as a manager in their butcher section. This guys is in a mission to destroy the business, at least the retail section of it. I have never ever come across a person as rude as him works in a retail store, mind you I have had my fare share of not too good experiences. What baffles me more is, most of the staffs things it's ok because "he has a hard job", guess what habibi, he chose that job, no one forcing him to stay there, it's a retail customer service it's not for everyone and don't forget he is not doing community service, he is getting paid for it, from the money customer spending in the shop whom he doesn't like. I mean how hard it is to talk nicely?? How hard is to accommodate customer request? Isn't it his job? A very small note for the owner, who is as far as I know is a practising Muslim brother who I often see at the Mosque, "brother dont take things for guaranteed, One person is enough to destroy the generational success...

I used to think highly of this place, told alot of people to shop there, but sadly l won't be shopping there no more, the last few times I have gone there the service is unreal, l always brought marrow bones for my dog's and would get them cut for them as they are small dog's and the marrow bones are too big for them to chew on, the last two times l have asked get told can't do, well you lost a customer, l not only brought marrow bones l did buy other chicken stuff as well, sad that they can't do right by customers, l worked at a meat outlet and we always served our customers right even if it was just bones for their dogs, great service go's a long way just like word of mouth does, they need to change the way they deal with customers, but their lost and another business will gain. Will not recommend...

Worst customer service. Placed an order for $400 worth of chicken breast and thigh, already paid, didnt received for a week and i called. The lady was asked about my invoice number and she was telling me it is not right invoice number with the order and told me to just contact the platform service. I did and found out it was right invoice number. She was mad trying to hold her on the phone for a couple of seconds and got angry, yelling , rude and doesnt care about how the customer feels. the worst customer service ive ever experienced as a small business customer. Find another supplier who can be helpful when you paid and dont get the product. Never would recommend this place to any small businesses who orders chicken that needs for every week.
