WORST FOOD AND SERVICE BY ANY MEANS - DONT EVER BOOK THEIR BANQUET HALLS here’s why- attended a party of about 100 people on 20th August 2022. The place is in such a shabby condition. The food was as if literally left overs from yesterday. The chicken was literal pieces of rubber. The pani puri counter was one where guest had to make a hole in the puri and ask the staff to fill it. That’s atrocious. There were just 2 staff available for 100 people and both were busy at the bar (even though the bar was not crowded) or the pani puri counter. The bar was so shabby that all used glasses and all other cutlery was on the bar counter. All used wine bottles and beer bottles also lying around. The doors to the banquet hall don’t close properly and there is a draft coming through which makes it difficult for people seated near the doors. The owner (or the banquet manager) was just seated in her office and did not bother to come and check on service. People don’t need to ask for plates to eat, they should be there readily. There is no door between the 2 banquets halls that they have. So music from one hall gets to the other and then it’s just impossible to have a good time. Requested the owner to ask the other party to be respectful and turn down the volume a bit and she turned a deaf ear.

Good Food, But Terrible Service and Management

The food was good, but the service and management were a huge disappointment. We were given incorrect information when booking, which caused unnecessary stress.

The staff repeatedly miscounted our guests, forcing us to recount multiple times during the event. We knew our guest count, yet they kept interrupting, creating frustration instead of providing a smooth experience. If there was a discrepancy, it should have been handled professionally—not by disturbing us throughout the event.

To make things worse, they outright refused to serve dinner until payment was made, adding even more stress to an already frustrating situation. It almost felt like they thought we would run away in the middle of the event without paying them. This is a high level of mismanagement and lack of professionalism. They might think the same about us, but interrupting the event just for the number of people was not the right approach.

For the event, we were asked to make full payment before dinner—something I’ve never experienced at any other venue. Every event we’ve attended or organized has always taken payment after the party, so this felt...

We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday at Tandoori Fusion in Hoppers Crossing on the weekend, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish!

The venue was elegant, spacious, and beautifully set up—ideal for a milestone celebration. The team at Tandoori Fusion was incredibly professional and accommodating, making sure every detail was taken care of so we could just enjoy the evening.

The catering was a major highlight! All the starter dishes were absolutely delicious, with a special shoutout to their Chicken 65—packed with flavor and a definite crowd favorite. The Pani Puri stand was also a super hit with the guests—fun, interactive, and absolutely delicious!

The mains and desserts were just as impressive—flavorful, beautifully presented, and served in generous portions. We received so many compliments from friends and family about the food and the warm service.
