This place is one of our routine before we head to our workplace with my husband. Everything is perfect, from coffee and foods. EXCEPT for one thing.. there is one staff that will find it dsrespectful and a bit rude, she's the only staff who takes our order without manner, she's smiling at us sarcastically whenever we ask her to customise our orders and there was this one time that she disagreed (when the fact that we keep on ordering it since before). We felt that she has no patience on listening to all our orders, she just sometimes walks out even if my husband is still talking without even apologising when she comes back. Maybe that's the reason why our order is not perfectly serve everytime she's at the counter, just like now my coffee is missing sugar 'coz she walks out again. Wonderful experience at The Daily Shot, thanks to Radika’s exceptional customer service. Despite it being a busy period, she went above and beyond to assist me with an Uber eats issue. The staff were not responsible for the issue, yet she took ownership of it. Her kindness, empathy, and personable nature truly stood out. As someone who manages staff in a corporate environment, I can confidently say Radika has the qualities any employer would value, and I would hire her in a heartbeat! Went there to get a mocha and a small drink for my little one. She wanted orange juice and the lady there told me that didn’t have an orange juice pop bottle so I decided to get an apple one for the little one and paid for both items. However, my 3-year-old wasn’t happy with that and she wanted the orange juice. So I told the lady that I wanted the orange juice as it was my mistake and I’ll pay for it and she told me to take the orange juice glass bottle as free.
