I’d have left a “no-star” rating if it were allowed, but apparently even Google insists I give you a consolation prize. So here’s your mandatory star - treasure it like you did my fifty-dollar note under your suspicious microscope.

To the stonefaced elder manning the register (whose face apparently runs the risk of shattering if you so much as crack a smile):

• I was there to buy something, not audition for Interrogation 101.

• Next time a customer hands you perfectly good currency, maybe refrain from performing an impromptu CSI episode to see if the note glows under your store lights.

Pro tip: Smiling hasn’t (yet) been declared illegal, and greeting your customer politely probably won’t cause your face to crumble to bits. It’s called “customer service,” not “stonefaced suspicion.”

All in all, thanks for the mild sense of drama, I was half expecting you to bring out fingerprint powder to dust my note. But until the day your expression can thaw from “ice queen meets bored banker,” I’ll be taking my business and my obviously authentic banknotes elsewhere. Cheers!

Wow...just wow!!! I could've spent all day in here!!! I was looking for a certain product and Sunnbrook Health Store was the only place that had it. I'd never been there before. I rang and spoke to a lovely girl who said they had what I was after. I'm in a wheelchair and was so happy to see it is wheelchair accessible. Some of the aisles I knocked stuff off but that was only twice and a lovely customer helped me reach something that I couldn't get to. Of course I went in for one thing and left with about a dozen more!!! have a wonderful selection if you are dairy intolerant, gluten, egg, or other diet conditions. The staff are happy to help with anything and are just lovely people. I don't live close so I won't be able to be a regular "regular" but I will be back to get my favourite protein that isn't anywhere else and some goodies too!! Thank you guys. Was shopping at the store one day. I asked a lady at the counter if they had large eggs because they only had 600s. She later called the manager. He started questioning me. "What's the difference"?

And then lectured me that the chooks don't specifically lay eggs the size we want and that they get what they get. It's the customer's business what they want to do with that product since they are paying for it with their money.

You don't have to know what they're going to do with it and if you don't have large eggs just say so. You shouldn't tell customers what to do with their money. Remember that this is not the only health store around and certainly not the cheapest.
