Read moreI wasn't given a number when ordered which caused confusion with another customer. I asked for one when I paid but was told that they would call out the order. Myself and previous customer had ordered the exact same thing hence the confusion and tension. No napkin or refresher towel / fork in the box even though I asked employee when handed the box and they said there was. Who can eat KFT without a few napkins? Chips had no salt and were bland. No salt in the box. The kid employees were very happy, engrossed in themselves and oblivious to the customers. 2 teenage girls and 2 teenage boys. Who thought that would make the perfect employee makeup?
So overall a really poor experience.
Maybe the fried chicken FF industry could do with some mid range competition like the burger industry (Grill'd / Top Burger / Royal Stax ) etc and people might be willing to pay a little extra for better quality food and service than the basic take what you get when you get it fast food...

The only people there were 3 Uber eats drivers. I stood waiting thinking someone would come soon and at least acknowledge that I was there. The front counter staff didn’t even look at me, not even once. There was a staff member who saw me through the food pass and said nothing either or alerted anyone to the fact that there was a customer in the restaurant. I stood for a while longer and when the counter staff still failed to even say hello and that they will be with me I left, hungry. Unequivocally the single worst customer service experience ever, actually there was no customer service whatsoever. If you can’t handle a rush of 3 people what the hell are you there for.
