if i could rate 0 stars i would. have had a friend kicked out with rough force for wearing sunglasses with no prior warning. last night i felt sick and faint so wanted to leave to sit outside. had an empty glass of water and the security guard at the entry told me to go back inside to put it back and i said i was feeling faint and couldn’t go back inside. i put the glass down and tried to leave and he grabbed me by the arms and repeatedly told me i was lying. tried to tell him to let me leave but he wouldn’t until other guards came upstairs to take me down. i have bruises on my arms from where he grabbed them. i am looking into formally complaining about the security because this was absolutely ridiculous and clearly they are all on a power trip.

editing because of the response from the owner - i would like to see this footage you have “reviewed” because i most certainly was grabbed. you clearly do not care about the safety of your patrons. i was feeling faint and was trying to leave the venue so i would not faint in your club, which you would have then had to deal with anyway. i was told i was lying that night and getting told i am lying again, how typical. this event has severely upset me and i hope that this review and subsequent response deters others from going here and supporting a business that has had multiple terrible reviews, especially...

Horrible club with horrible protocols. I have been sober from alcohol since January and you can imagine how ridiculing and ashaming it is to be told i looked too “glassy eyes” being the only one out of my friends that was dead sober and just quiet minding my own business while telling them to be more quiet as they were screaming. Further looking into the situation I am 99% sure I was only picked on because I was wearing makeup, went to levels straight after and told them what happened and asked if I looked “glassy eyes”, seccys at levels just laughed and said you guys were stupid and that you were picking on me for most likely being Asian and not wearing makeup in a friend group of glammed up white girls. I don’t enjoy being discriminated for embracing my natural beauty. You probably won’t even reply because by looking at the comments you choose to ignore anything that wont result in a potential lawsuit. Good evening. I came in with a group of friends tonight, had a good time, the music is good. Although, I don’t believe it is fair that my sunglasses are taken out of my bag and put in to a milk crate and asked to take a photo to ensure I get them back at the end of the night. After I decided it was time to go home, I came down the stairs and discovered that MY sunglasses had been stolen by somebody else who must’ve thought they were quite nice. I was then told I would have to leave empty handed ?????? Too bad I took somebody else’s. I think the security should have more priority over what people are taking inside, than a pair of bloody sunglasses. My condolences to anybody that has experienced the same. I expected better...
