Staff member Tracey is not very helpful at all. She could not explain why delivery driver left the box all the way out near the road instead of near the front door and tried to handball the responsibility of training their drivers to do their job as per their job description back to the client. I tried to negotiate a way with her to better assist the delivery drivers to find the front door that is not blocked by a gate but unfortunately it doesn't seem she has listening ears. She wouldn't accept a map of the front yard to help the delivery drivers find the front door. I offered to put tape on the wall to help the drivers identify a better location than near the road to put the package and she neglected my offers. Very Disappointed by the abominable customer service and her selfish attitude in response to my emails that took hours to compose with my disabilities. I should have received a phone call from the company weeks ago when the issue first arose. This company has only resulted in significant stress and dissatisfaction. Meals aren't bad but company won't relay important details about toxicological and safety factors regarding packaging and then Tracey states 'we only know what the manufacturer told us' but won't further elaborate at all. Tracey had told me 'We have plenty of other customers that don't have issues with ordering online and we don't hear from them" - There's a first time for everything Tracey!!! And if that's the case how exactly do you have a Frequently Asked Questions section on your website if you claim you do not hear from you customers... ?? I'd rather go hungry than deal with the terrible 'customer service' and attitude of Tracey. Would...

The food is fresh and well packed, some quite tasty. The packaging is somewhat environmentally conscious as there's not excessive unnecessary plastic. Against my request, the delivery driver left the box in the lobby of my office building which is glass and exposed to the street, I assume/hope this is a contractor.

The Thai green coconut curry didn't have much sauce so only a hint of flavour. However, I did enjoy Asian vegetable and Aromatic fish curry dishes. I recommend that you take note of low FODMAP and onion/garlic free meals as these are lacking the flavours I enjoy.

All in all, WeFeedYou is a good easy meal solution for someone requiring gluten free, I don't know of any competing businesses that are coeliac safe. I would possibly order again but be more selective with my choices and read ingredients...

So happy with all my We Feed You meals over the years. They are consistently delicious and nutritious with perfectly sized portions. It's incredible how they are cooked to perfection straight out of the freezer. I've tried SO many other meal brands such as Dineamic, Soulara and Chefgood, but none of them compare to the WFY meals. I always find other brands end up with soggy rice or the protein is way overcooked even when I've followed the reheating instructions. WFY is just so simple, no-fuss, great value and never disappoints! They're the ideal meals for bringing to work for lunch and having at home for convenience.
