You can really tell they make their ice cream with more care and consideration than most chains. They also offer more than just ice cream, so there’s something for everyone. On top of just your regular ice cream in a cone or cup, they also do spiders, sundaes, shakes and waffles. Highly recommend for a quick and easy after-dinner treat.

I have absolutely adored Wills batch previously but it is inconsistent. The same flavours I ordered a week or so ago tasted quite different today lacking the textural chunks which made them so yummy the first time. Disappointing as we had brought friends to try it as we were initially so impressed and while it was still yummy it wasn’t exceptional

This is a great ice cream shop. One of the best in the area. It's not busy except on those really hot sunny days but that's a good sign. Usually very good parking outside. Such a large selection of great flavors and the staff are very friendly. Seating outside on the pavement as well as inside.

I have absolutely adored Wills batch previously but it is inconsistent. The same flavours I ordered a week or so ago tasted quite different today lacking the textural chunks which made them so yummy the first time. Sadly the ice cream is frequently melted and refrozen- leaving a rough, icicle texture. This has happened to us and others we know -at this Beaumaris store. Training required! Or change your supply chain. Also, they leave the scoops in melted ice crea/water vessels, which trasposes the flavours and bacteria to whatever ice cream you are about to buy. I insist on a rinsed scoop! Taining required! Great...
