WAY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! We were a little apprehensive initially booking into a holiday park however we were very impressed with the level of accommodation and standard of facilities that were offered at Big 4 Middleton Beach, Albany. The grounds are beautifully maintained and it was very quite during our 4 night stay although we did not stay during school holidays. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa that was very well set out with all the utensils and cooking items that you would expect in a 5 star accommodation ( with the exception of a Nespresso pod coffee machine). We loved our villa and would highly recommend this accommodation which has a spa, very comfortable king bed and good quality furniture and fittings. Good speed and free Wi-Fi allowed us to plan our days and meals from the comfort of our villa. The villa was thoroughly clean and thoughtfully prepared by 'Taylah' prior to our arrival. Taylah, you are a Rockstar and I hope you are as proud of yourself as your employee is no doubt. The level of your clean made our stay so much better! (Would the reader of this review please convey our appreciation and thanks to Taylah?). We were also impressed by the layout of the park that included direct access to Middleton Beach. We did not take advantage of the heated pool or hydro spa or games room but we have that to look forward to at our next visit. Well done team. In what has been a very sad and difficult time for my wife and I you each played a part in making our stay exceptional. For 4 days and nights we were able to take our minds off things and enjoy ourselves and each others company all within the confines of your beautiful property. Thank you! A wonderful relaxing stay at beautiful Big 4 Middleton Beach. This is by far the best holiday park we have stayed at on our travels. It is definitely not one of those huge overcrowded parks and is beautifully set out and well maintained with lovely plantings. The lovely swimming pool and children's play area as well as the recreation room are grouped together and are away from the cabins which ensures those who want some privacy and quiet are provided the opportunity to enjoy that. On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly as were the maintenance staff we met throughout the park.

We stayed in a Spa Villa which was spotless and contained absolutely everything we needed for our week long stay. Honestly we could not fault this accommodation. It seemed that the guests comfort has been meticulously considered.

The holiday park is long and narrow So caravans are mostly placed in rows of no more than three which means the van spaces do not look overcrowded, nor packed like sardines. There are also ensuite sites and grassy camp sites, again all very well maintained. Great amenities and camp kitchens too.

From the park there are walkways through to the stunning Middleton beach. Such a perfect location. We cannot thank the staff enough for such a lovely relaxing stay. Will...

We have just returned from a weeks stay at BIG 4 MIDDLETON BEACH. The site is clean and tidy- retic is used daily (which we went aware of) so please ensure your tent is waterproof, we stayed on a non-powered site which was pretty crammed in and the toilet/shower block and kitchen where small with waiting times (Even in the men’s!). The site has direct access to the beach aswell as kids activity’s running between 9-11:30 daily and a kids disco and sausage sizzle on Friday’s night. The pool and spa welcomes all and is open until 9pm (towels can be provided). The kids centre is well equipped with a table tennis table and pool table- cash deposit required for equipment and returned upon returning it and complimentary tea and coffee. All staff including the possums where very friendly and knowledgeable- great little reception/shop which sells ice creams and Hires dvds and another lounge above with more kiddies toys and book exchange. The site is centrally located with about a 45 minute walk to emu point and 1 hour, 30 minutes (Scentic route) to the city centre. Overall a great place to stay. Thank you for the...
