I cannot praise or thank Craig enough. I was left in a really tough position with my first property, as i had to leave Perth for a family emergency, without planning on returning. In a very short amount of time with almost no notice. I called Craig to see if my property was even in a state to rent out, or if he would be able to take it on with his busy work load. He gave me some incredible and honest advice, and then proceded to go above and beyond what my expectations of any property manager were to get it ready to rent. within 3 days of the first meeting, he helped me move all my personal things into storage, coordinate renovations, liase with the strata manager, all well unobtrusively working around my crazy time schedule. he prioritised my home with organising photography, signage, and an open home. And It was rented out within a couple of days.
