A hidden gem! This cute little place is spotless—every staff member wears hair nets, showcasing their commitment to hygiene. The servings are generous and worth every cent. The Beef Rib Pho was incredible, packed with tender meat that literally fell off the bone, plus additional cuts that were equally tender in a rich, flavourful broth. The Broken Special Rice was perfection! The grilled pork chop was tender, infused with fragrant herbs and spices, and even the fried egg was cooked to perfection 😍

Pho very flavourful, the herbs didn’t come separately - already added to the noodle before they hit the table. So for ppl who don’t like coriander better mention when putting in the order. Husband said the soup was very rich and portion size was very generous. Very limited seats but space still feels comfy.

A truly authentic and "home-style" Vietnamese food experience. Delicious classic dishes, authentic oxtails phở with generous portions. Great service with a welcoming smile. Highly recommended to check it out.

Not sure how this place is getting such great reviews. Would have to be the most expensive Bahn Mi in WA with the most minimal amount of ingredients, very stingy on even the vegetables and barely any coriander also. For close to $14 I would expect it to be filled right up but no, very disappointing. Pho is also average lacking the true depth of flavour of a true pho, have to add all the sauces to get any sense of flavour from it. Again stingy on the protein too for the price.

Manager also needs a lesson in customer service, what a rude arrogant man and from other reviews I can see I’m not the only one. Clearly he has some weird fetish about who sits at his tables and where as during the 15 mins I was there he was moving on several people for no reason other than all I can assume was some kind of power trip.

As I was waiting for my order (which was missed due to a known issue with their online system) 2 guys were seated at a 4 person table eating their lunch and he came and told them to move to the bench instead as they were at the largest table. Ordinarily I would think that was ok as a group has come in and needed the space but there was no one even looking for a table so what was the point? Then I was waiting patiently for my meal to be prepared at the same bench table and he asked me to move down to the low gross couch tucked in the corner next to the register. There was still plenty of seats in the store but for some reason he wants to sit me down in the corner to wait for the meal that they missed!

Obviously after this request I was annoyed so asked him why I always have issues when coming to this store (they had locked their doors when I went to pick up another online order even though they accepted the order and was supposed still be open, knocked on door, no one answered, left, got called 15 mins later after I got home saying why didn’t you collect order? What am I supposed to bang on the door like a psychopath to get the attention of the chef who decided to close early???) So the manager proceeds to blame me for all his issues even though I had confirmation of the order and even acknowledged the online system had issue , so if he knows it has issues why does he not ask to fix them? no just blame the customer instead is his attitude.

He then gets upset because I have raised these order issues along with his unreasonable moving of customers around his store like chess pieces in front of all his other customers, so he tells me “this is your last order!” BAHAHAHAHA ok mate yeah like I really want to come to your store to be treated like absolute dirt, pay top dollar for unauthentic stingy Vietnamese food. The arrogance of this man is top notch! Most owners would be happy to take some feedback to make their restaurant better or make the customer feel welcome, not this guy, obviously he thinks he is too good for any criticism and bans people who offer it. What a...

Short version: They Are Still Crushing It!

Novel version: I have been on a strict diet to avoid going on medication for high blood pressure and cholesterol( read live on steamed fish and vegetables for months) Finally got a cheat day and went straight over the road from my work place to Delish Pho & BMT,(first time in months, and not to be mistaken with a KFC or ice cream cheat, a cheat of quality foods, certain meat proteins I have been restricted to enjoy) They welcomed me like a long lost family member, insisting I sit and be pampered with my meal served as they prepared it for me, alas I could only leave my post at work for a short time, once learning of this, I was instead, showered with refreshments and larger than life serves of my order. Weeks go by on my diet and I finally get another cheat day from good blood work results. Booom, straight to Delish, Again, welcomed like I'm some sort of rock star, a missing family member, with my pork BMT I asked uncomfortably asked if I may also have a BMT meat free( cause of the diet) and without a blink of an eyelid I was asked if Vietnamese butter and pate is ok, would I like chilli, and then charged basically what a roll and butter cost at the grocer next door. Wow... just Wow. I can't wait untill I get a pass on my diet and a day off. I will be spending it with these awesome people, sharing their passion for people and food.

To all staff @ Delish Pho & BMT You...

I've been a regular at Delish Pho and BMT for over a year now, and it's become my go-to spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly, making each visit a pleasant experience.

One tip I would suggest is paying with cash to avoid the card surcharge, which can add a bit extra to your bill. It's a small inconvenience easily managed by planning ahead.

As for the food, I have several favorites that I always recommend to friends. The canh ga don (crispy chicken wings) are a must-try appetizer, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. For main dishes, the bun thit heo quay (noodles with crispy roasted pork) and the banh mi thit heo quay (Vietnamese sandwich with crispy roasted pork) are absolute standouts. The pork in both dishes is flavorful and cooked to perfection, making them consistently satisfying choices.

One of the reasons I love bringing my kids here is how accommodating they are. They have specially prepared kid-friendly bowls, cups, and cutlery, which makes dining with little ones hassle-free. It's a thoughtful touch that shows they care about every customer's experience,...
