I had to delete my 5 star review from 6 years ago to change this. I have been going to crust pizza at Charlestown for well over a decade. The quality used to be worth the price. I was happy to pay the extra few dollars for good quality but the last few years the quality has really gone down the toilet. The pizzas seem to be rushed and toppings missed. This is meant to have avocado on it and there’s barely a spoon full on the extra large pizza which cost $24. I’d previously received the same pizza without any avocado on it. By the time you reach the minimum spending for delivery you’re paying $30+ for an average pizza. I normally order another type of pizza and pay $3 for sauce on it and again they have forgotten or barely put any sauce on. The quality of the food just isn’t there anymore and it’s not worth the money. I won’t be going back to crust Charlestown anymore.

We get pizza here all the time. It's either nice or terrible. Well, tonight was terrible. One of three pizzas we got was "Chorizo Salsa Verde". Everything arrived cold, Pizza had minimal ingredients, and was probably the last time we'll order here. Should have just made cheese on toast at home.

Haven't eaten at crust for ages. After a recent promotion thought we would try, so disappointing. Dry, plain & small. Garlic bread was equally as pov with hardly any garlic butter. May aswell eaten a plain piece of bread. First time a pizza wasn't finished in our house.

Very Unprofessional staff.

20 minutes after ordering the pizza i went to the store to pick up, surprisingly they didn't even know i ordered. After showing the receipt he started preparing it and told me the receipt says 25 minutes and asked me to wait and i had no issues with it. While i was sitting on the stool in the store for next 30 minutes they did not even call me to hand the pizza. Then i had to stand and asked if my pizza is ready, then the same guy laughed and handed me the pizza which was sitting on the ovan from 15 minutes. He intentionally made me to wait extra time to satisfy his ego. I work in the Charlestown square and i was a permanent customer till yesterday. I will never return from now on. For reference- He is a fat guy I asked his name he said 'Dave' he was wearing black cap. Time was 5.15 PM on Saturday 12th Aug 2023. I can send you the receipt...

I have a love hate relationship with Crust. We’ve been eating here for probably 7 years. For most of that time I’d rate them 4 stars. Everting was very good including having a small shaded outdoor seating area where we could bring our dog.

The pizza was pretty good although not always consistent. Sometimes it’s overcooked or else the crust feels improperly matured. Other times it’s great!

Over the past year we really started to dread going there because their staff and manager was so customer unfriendly. I’d call to say we were an hour away and please save a portion of the seasonal corn soup I love because it can sell our. Not only wouldn’t he do that, even when I said I’d order it over the phone and pay right then he refused.

Other times we’d wait for 35 minutes for the staff to bring our simple order of a pizza.

I hope it was a temporary issue but as of now...
