Above and Beyond - an Extraordinary Agent. Damien was referred to us for the sale of our first property, which resulted in a fairly straightforward sale to the tenant. There were some complications with the financing during the sale, which he investigated and ultimately recommended to persist with the sale, and the transfer went off without a hitch. The sale price was above what we expected.

However, it was the second property which we sold through him a few months later where he really excelled and showed his worth and skillset as an agent.

Our property was one which had a very high range of potential sales values - in a top tier suburb (Applecross), with some huge pluses but some possible dealbreakers for some buyers. It really required someone to "fall in love" with it to see maximum value.

Damien assessed this, and recommended a reasonable amount of preparatory work for relatively minimal cost ($10K) to really made the place pop. He also correctly priced the property such that upon first home open there were multiple buyers interested. Ultimately, the final submitted bids far exceeded our expectations.

Damien's conduct through all this was exemplary - he cut no corners and I could really trust him to do the right thing for me as a seller and get full value for the property, with little stress.

Any complications which arose during the process, he made swift recommendations and worked with the rental agent and the tenants to make it happen - his collaborative communication style really shone through here, and he acted with integrity to ensure that all parties could be satisfied.
