I arrived at 9 PM today and ordered paneer tikka in gravy. There were two girls working at the counter. After placing the order, we decided to get more food from another cart. We received our food from the other cart, but waited an additional 20 minutes to check our paneer tikka. When we went to check on it, the two girls were no longer at the counter, and we noticed they had placed the paneer on the grill, which was overcooking and burning.

By the time the two girls returned, we had already finished our other food, and my 5-year-old daughter, who only wanted the paneer, was still waiting. I used to love this place, but it’s really gone downhill. The chicken, which was once amazing, is now tough and chewy. It takes them forever to serve, about 45 minutes, and they often get the order wrong. I’ve given them several chances, hoping things would get better, but it’s been a letdown every time - the chicken is either undercooked, overcooked, or just not right. After trying the food at their restraunt, we decided to try their catering services for an event at our place . I am so glad we did. Everyone loved the food .Their snacks were just too good .
