I am so happy to write a positive comment about Ian Comyns and this company. Our son sourced this agency - they have only been managing our property for a short time. They took over our existing tenants and managed the difficult situation of trying to manage them when there was limited paperwork in place and the flat had deteriated substantially.

In that time they have done a substantial renovation for us - the flat was an absolute mess when the tenants left. As we live in Perth and the flat is in Sydney it would have been very challenging for us to manage the renovation. Not only has Ian sourced all the trades and kept us informed every step of the way they have not charged us anything for managing this renovation. Hard to believe really - I cannot believe our luck at finding this company. I have seen some of the fees Perth agents charge and just cannot believe this company is such good value. I was a tenant at a property in Alexandria for more than five years that was managed by Exchange Property. In all my 12+ years as a renter of multiple inner city properties, I've never come across more professional and attentive property managers. They were always responsive and quick to arrange any repairs, no matter how big or small. And unlike many places that I'd rented before, they actually treated me (a tenant!) with respect.
