Princess Cake — Local services in Sydney

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wanted a cake for my birthday and went in as was told I couldn’t order over the phone which is for enough. But when i went in no one could help me as the owner wasn’t there and the wife of the owner was so rude that I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. She said well you could have sent a picture and we could have ordered over the phone when she said she couldn’t. She said go somewhere else I don’t want your business. I felt so uncomfortable that i ended up nearly in tears the way I was spoken to. But the day was saved by the beautiful girls at Belmore cakes. Served me with a smile and went through all options and ended up with a beautiful styled cake and paid more for what I wanted and I’m extremely happy. This is my Favourite cake shop by far. I have been buying all my cakes biscuits & various sweets from Princess Cakes for several years. I have recommended them to all my friends who r buying from them as well. Their products r of the highest quality & very reasonably priced. In all the years I’ve been a customer there I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed in any purchase I’ve made. The staff r friendly & courteous. The shop is clean & tidy. The only thing is they don’t have eftpos so all transactions r in cash. A small price to pay for such great products for such reasonable prices. I bought a continental cake yesterday for a birthday dinner for 16 people last nite. Being Greek I’ve had Many continental cakes over the years but I tell u this was exquisite.
