The shop itself is very nice with many wonderful looking items.
We did have 2 issues here however. First, the tour we bought tickets for ended up not running due to the guide no-showing and being unreachable. Second, we never did receive the offered refund for that tour.
That said, one of the other guides for a different tour did offer to take us on a free, impromptu tour of what she could. It was a fun time and we did enjoy it. Maybe not worth the full price of what we ended up paying in the end, but it was something.

There's a room off to the side of the main entrance full of books, and then the main shop with gift items, prints, jewellery, seeds, garden implements, homewares, clothes, and more. Prices aren't low but they're not excessive either, and of course you're supporting the gardens with every purchase. There's even a bench out in a little courtyard area in case one of your party gets done quicker than the rest ;) Highly recommended; I always visit when I'm in the gardens....
