Swift delivery and most helpful and understanding customer service ever. Ordered some poppies for Mother's Day and wasn't home when the delivery man came, he called to advise he will try the best he could to have them left inside the lobby, rather than just dumping it outside our building entrance (which he did, while it was pouring hard that day). Flower health wasn't great, but once notified to the customer service, they got in touch with the farm straight away and gave not only an explanation, but also sent another substitute bouquet as an apology! I honestly wasn't expecting that, as I thought they weren't to blame in the first place for the flowers they receive - but they just went above and beyond to make sure their flower recipients are happy with what they get. Will definitely order from them again and be happy to recommend anyone who's thinking of sending flowers...

Little Flowers is such a gem. I'm in Victoria and was looking to send my gorgeous mother in law something very special from our family for her 80th. My sister in law recommended Little Flowers. From the first point of contact they were so lovely, listening to what I wanted and stayed perfectly within my budget. Emails went back and forth between Sam, then Lia and then Nadine. They contacted their suppliers to get exactly what we were after - yellow roses and we are thrilled with the result. But most importantly my mother in law was absolutely floored. She loved loved them!!! Like she said, there was hardly any filler - just the most beautiful roses with a smattering of Easter Daisies and some Gum leaf as well. Thank you so much Little Flowers. Lies on the same day delivery. Don’t bother.

I had to pay for delivery and they said that the flowers would be delivered latest by 7pm and it was not delivered. It’s already 11: 57pm and there are still no flowers in sight. Additionally, when I reached out to customer service there was no response to my request for updates.

Mind you I’m out of the country so I’m checking on inverse hours to see if the recipient got the flowers. Tiring and frustrating process.

If the order cannot be fulfilled then I would appreciate a heads up but blatant disregard is rude. The lack of updates, communication and commitment to the promised delivery time is appalling and I would not recommend this place to anyone regardless of their blooms because they cannot be...
