I was quite disappointed with the customer service and the lack of duty of care at this place. When we sat down at the booth, the table was not cleaned and I had to ask staff to clean the table. However, all they did was just pick up the plates and leftover food and they didn't even clean the table. Then me and my partner had to clean the table ourselves with hand sanitizer because the waiter did not even clean the table themselves. We ordered drinks through the online menu. My drink came 20 minutes after, but my partner's drink didn't even come. More than an hour later, she had to go to the bar only because she had to go up to the bar herself to remind staff that her drink was still not ready. Then we ordered food, which took half an hour, which was reasonable. My other friends also ordered food, however, they didn't even get their food after an hour and therefore they requested for a refund, which they did. The food was OK, but not the best either.
The last time we attended over a year ago, my friend ordered one of the cocktails and the drink had glass in it.
Secondly, I was getting up from the table so my friends could sit and then I slipped because there was food on the floor of the booth. Therefore I missed the step on the booth, suffered scratches and bruising on my ankle and my middle finger was bruised, which now after a couple of days is still in pain. There was no signage at the booth to say "Watch Your Step". The staff did get me some ice for my injuries.
Lastly, the manager that was working there on the night told us that we had to move to another table because someone else booked the table for a function. However, this was their fault as they did not put a reserved sign on the booth to say that it was booked. The place had plenty of other function rooms, so why would they tell us to find another table when they stuffed up. We already ordered food and you expect us to move to another table. Quite rubbish, not really thinking about your customers, just because it was...
Read moreI got food poisoning from here, after my entree was delivered half an hour later than my main. I asked twice and finally it arrived (Boneless buffalo wings) When they were delivered they looked dry with no sauce, so I asked for buffalo sauce and the waitress advised me, âoh itâs on there, itâs just gone a bit dry because it was sitting outâ No apology, or offer to make a fresh batch. They were barely warm, I had two of them (they seemed to be frozen nuggets, not boneless wings) and they were soggy and gross. I was hungry so we finished them. Next thing I knew, my night was ruined as I spent most of it on the bathroom vomiting and ruined my partners birthday. Not happy. Only made worse by the fact the bathroom was putrid and unsanitary.
Update: Had a call from a certain manager (didnât catch their name) who accused me of lying after investigating cctv footage and not seeing me interact with the staff. I find it strange they didnât mention the fact I spent a huge amount of time in the bathroom while the rest of my group played games. Also seems to not see when I asked the waitress who dropped them off why there was no sauce. Where she replied âoh they e just gone dry because they were sitting out.â Obviously there is no audio, however again, saying I had no interaction with staff makes no sense. No explanation as to why they came out well after we finished our food (because apparently I didnât have any interaction even though I was at the bar multiple times). Then requested to know if I had seen a doctor. Absolutely shocking. I terminated the phone call after asking for my medical proof. Instead of apologising and asking if I was ok. The other person on my table that ate them was also sick during the night and next day. Safe to say, they will not see anymore of my money or anyone I know.
Poorly handled...
Read moreTo have one bar staff working at 12pm on a Saturday is insanity. I waited nearly 25 minutes to order food. That food was two pizzas and a large fries. One pizza was delivered after 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later, fries came, and as I was at the bar to request a refund, another 10 minutes later, the last pizza came.
While I was queuing at the bar, I noticed someone going through the bags on our booth seats. I had to exit the queue to see what was going on. A staff member was rifling through my son's birthday bags. She told me that the booth was reserved. When we arrived at 11 am, the only sign on the table was a reservation for 3.15pm. I am appalled that the reaction to a mistake by the venue in not labelling a reserved time (this was at about 12.15pm) was to go through our personal belongings with no apology forthcoming, and apparently the onus would have been on me to find another table, which I refused to do.
To pay over $400 for a birthday package, including game cards, to then find out that only the birthday boy can get points is shocking. On top of that, when I was handed the stack of game cards, I was not told which one was the birthday card. This led to a group of very disappointed birthday guests.
my son's gun in laser tag wasn't working. He exited to seek assistance. No assistance was forthcoming and my son was just told to go back inside with a not working gun. Additionally the fact it is a horror themed game and is not advertised is completely irresponsible.
I would like to mention the female manager who was delightful and understanding of my upset, and the lovely young man working the bar (sorry I didn't get your names) at around 1pm. You guys are beautiful and what customer service...
