âI recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Runita at the Westpac Blacktown branch. From the start, it was clear she was not competent in her role. She rushed through the application process, seemed unfamiliar with the bank's products, and gave conflicting information. After spending considerable time applying for a credit card with her, my application was declined without a clear explanation.
To make matters worse, she wasted three days of my time, failed to return my calls, and was completely unresponsive when I tried to follow up. She also didnât send me any emails regarding my application or a review link for feedback. When she finally answered my call, she couldnât even provide me with my application number until I mentioned that I wanted to speak to a managerâonly then did she finally give me the number.
Out of frustration, I called Westpac directly, and to my surprise, my application was approved without any issues.
Itâs disappointing to see such inconsistency and lack of professionalism at the branch level. I expected better from Westpac and hope they address this issue to prevent others from facing a similar...
   Read moreThe atm machine at this branch ate my money without even depositing it in my account. No receipt, no anything. Went to the ask the lady staff about it and she said she can't dispute it for me since I don't have the receipt (in a rude manner) which is ridiculous. This is the second time it happened to me but the first time I was able to get my money back without the receipt. Losing your hard-earned money from a faulty machine is sad and unfortunate but what's even worse is when the staff couldn't even help you, doesn't even care about your concern, and it felt like she never really intented to help anyway. Terrible terrible customer service. Asked them to closed ny account right away. The guy who helped closed my account was nice. Will never recommend...

She was very courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed quickly and effectively.
The entire process was absolutely easy and stress-free, keeping me updated every step of the way. It's rare to come across such dedicated and helpful service, and it truly made a difference in my overall experience.
