In short - the room was very dirty and uninviting, food crumbs on the couch, cooked pasta on the kitchen counter, when we opened the door to the room we were greeted by flying insects, the furniture was tattered and the walls had black stains.|||| As soon as we got to the room my eyes got dark and my husband and I asked to change the room or leave the hotel. Cleanliness is something that is very important to me. After an exchange of words, the woman in customer service told us that because it was Sunday she could not help us but only pass our request on, and that tomorrow morning we would receive an answer regarding the refund. The next morning she said we would get a refund for the two extra nights we had left, except for some hotel taxes. Only in retrospect did we find out that it was a cleaning fee, which is about 200 euros!|| I mean, we left the place because of its state of cleanliness and finally we paid for cleaning which we didn't get due to unavailability of customer service. The view is very beautiful but you can see it from the street, and apart from everything I said the atmosphere in Zell am See is very unpleasant and in retrospect I would have taken a room in Kaprun. I tried to write my review through Booking, but they did not allow me. The rating of the hotel in Booking really does not...
