Water damaged iPhone? Do not waste your time with this dreadful place.
I walked in with my water damaged iPhone 11 Pro, screen dead but still giving haptic feedback. Not a single “Can I help?” was uttered, just cold, intimidating stares. I explained the problem and the shifty looking man behind the desk asked if it was salt water. I said no. He disappeared to “speak to an engineer” and returned with this gem:
“Here’s the low down on water damage. It will cost you $80 for us to dry it for 24 hours, then $300 to $400 for a new screen. You have to consider whether it is worth it.”

There is barely 2/38 of a repair or a tech company that can offer you top notch customer service, great deals and 100% money return guaranteed satisfaction. It's as mediocre as the rest of the 30 service repair shops in The Bahamas. When will they, aside from the two, get their ... service together is beyond my expectancy and how the naivety of the citizens never seize...
