Stood outside in the hot sun just waiting to get in for about 15 minutes. After being let in, It took about 30 seconds to find what I needed. Had that been the end of my experience I would be giving this post 4 stars minimum. I stood behind 2 customers being served by cashiers for over 30 minutes. These two customers seemed to need customer service assistance, not a cashier as all I wanted to do was pay and get on with my day. After seeing no end in sight to the endless queries, and no attempt from any staff members (who were preoccupied watching the little mermaid on the TV) I decided to drop the $70 worth of stuff. (Keep in mind i only needed to pay) As I left I suggested to the security officer that the store needs more cashiers, to which he did not respond, instead opting to stare at me, prompting me to simply walk out of the store. For a store that sells $3 USB hubs at an absurd price of $25 they should at least train staff to identify quick sales and to deal with customer service queries at other desks. Highly disappointed. I've now ordered my items and saved over $30 doing so. I really wanted to support...

Policy not mentioned when I bought the router, though it was printed at the bottom of the receipt. Policy strictly enforced, except they happily waived the restocking fee as long as I bought more stuff of equal or higher value, which I did. I don't know if this policy is common in...
Read moreSpoke to customer service on the phone and they were professional, so I decided to head to the store and purchase a laptop. I walked in, browsed around for several minutes of course no one asked if I needed help. They seemed too busy watching a soccer game on one of the tv's for sale. Who knows? Maybe I looked poor on that particular day, in any event I...
