I often order from VG's as they're right across the street from my workplace. However, I find that the loyalty of the lovely ladies serving and cashing is solely to their long term patrons. On more than one occasion I've been thrown to the back burner so that someone else may be assisted. The operation is small and it is a small restaurant, and as their clientele expands and the primitive methods of management begin to become obsolete the restaurant remains a high value locale. This is in part due to the bending over backwards for clients that have injected funds consistently over a long period of time.
The food is good, not great and my orders are right about 60% of the time, and on-time about 75%.
