Quality Markets — Local services in New Providence

I always get really great service with a smile here. Sometimes the produce is janky....but that's everywhere in Nassau at times. They have your basics - you have to go elsewhere for special items, although their Asian cuisine section is pretty on par with the other supermarkets. Meat prices here are noticeably cheaper than competitors and I've never gotten bad meat here (super value has disappointed me numerous times and refused to take it back). So all around it's a good bet for quality vs price in the western side...

This was a decent sized supermarket with almost everything we were looking for. Check your produce carefully. Several items we picked up had already started to go bad.

Ordered a taxi to take us to the closest grocery store. Our driver said he'd wait for us while we shopped... for 10 minutes.

Awful Too few cashiers One that served me spent 5 minutes serving another cashier who had 2 ITEMS and stood there eating her lunch while the two of them ignored me completely and joked back and forth. Went out of her way to tell me that she was before me (I had 3 items)

Most of the service staff are a disaster and it's not their fault. THE ARE COMPLETELY UNTRAINED. It would be a joy to enlighten them about the endless possibilities in good customer service.
