The fact that you now have a few "price checker" is a plus for customers because the prices that are on the shelves are often from months ago or for other products (please remove these labels), and several products never have price stickers on them.
However, I cannot check the whole basket before going to the register and it won't do me any good if you don't update the price information in the cash register.
Today (15th February 2025), we were charged: $8.99 for Maple syrup labelled at $7.99 $9.19 for Nestle Ice Cream advertised on the freezer door at $7.39 We paid $5.79 for $4.72 Carolina Pride smoked sausage x 2 $8.90 for Hillandale eggs that should have been under $8 according to the price on the fridge door.
That's at least a $6 discrepancy from what I expected to pay. Could the Honesty Patrol be more diligent about prices, please?
