TUGA Fusion Dining — Restaurant in New Providence

We get for some food last week and this is the second time we go to this place the servers definitely a really nice girl. Drinks are OK nothing amazing but the fourth for real the worst food I ever had in Bahamas. I had the chicken burger. my chicken was burned, but like actually black the fries were cold. Also, the bread of the burgers are cold like right straight of the fridge so I’ll go back for drinks yes but for real real a waste of money.

Once again, a really bad experience at this place so I came 1 AM to get something to eat so I decide to give a chance again to the chicken burger well this time they took 40 minutes to just bring me nothing like for real. This spot absolutely deserves a Bib Gourmand at the least!!!!!!! Great supper club for sure. Excellent high quality food with robust flavors. The Bread selection served at the start is fantastic. The cocktails were so balanced. They have a truffle butter and beet butter (can’t remember the name) that resembles the texture of hummus. Never had a lobster bisque as good as this. I wanted to lick the plate. The Tomahawk- yea, it was perfectly seasoned and HUGE. We shared it between the two of us and still did not finish. Excellent service- very attentive and accommodating. Our server, Ruth, even offered to hold our food in the kitchen as we went upstairs to enjoy a few cocktails and the DJ. The drinks were fantastic- the head bartender is nothing short of amazing. I would absolutely return. I am on a mission to try everything on the menu....

This is a club trying very hard to be an upscale restaurant, and succeeding in some ways. The food was honestly better than I expected, each dish left us impressed, but still not good enough to justify the high prices. The ambiance was nice, but felt a little low end without nicer touches like tablecloths, though I thought the inside flower ceiling was very well done. The service was attentive and helpful and they did a great job. I’m not sure I would return, but it wasn’t a bad experience at all and I think would be good if you have a large party or like a more dancy vibe after dinner with sweet cocktails and good food. To raise the bar, I think they could play down the club elements like the drink specials for “2 cocktails and 6 shots,” on the dinner menu; but who knows, maybe that does...
