EDITED BELOW: We showed up 30 minutes before as requested by the website. After arriving they informed us that we would play 1,5 h later, because of mid-ups and we got a drink voucher. When we thought it was our time to play, again 45 minutes delay. Only offered to move our reservation, absolutely dispicable customer care. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Do not waste your money, a lot of better options out there. Never again.

EDIT: After much discussion and disagreement with the manager via the telephone (she was not even there)- we played in our slot at 21:40, although our original slot was 19:45 and they told us to be there 30mins before- so 2,5 h later. The game itself was fun. After much insisting from our side they gave us reluctantly vouchers to play for free another time. The guy that was behind the bar had an unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior, he shouted at me refusing to lock our lockers saying “it took him too much time and it is not his responsibility”. Bottom line for me? Avoid and save your money. If you need to go, don’t go on a weekend, instead of 15 minutes you will end up spending waiting more than two hours due to poor management, organization and frankly choice...

Super experience. You need to book in advance. Multiple options either if you are a group, you can book and plan your games, or if you are not numerous enough, you can as well join another group with empty places (until 10 people per session). Is not a normal karting (so you don't need to wear helmets, even though speed is good enough to feel the curves ;). I wouldn't recommend eating in the same place,maybe just grab a drink while waiting for your turn. The place has lockers, but you don't keep the keys. Keys remain on the counter. I will recommend choosing at least two rounds of battle kart as I found it was the funniest one. It is 15' minutes per session, so the price can be up very fast. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had, and customer care has been completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach out. We arrived 30 minutes early as instructed, only to be greeted by a rude staff member who set the tone for the evening. We were sent downstairs and arrived on time, yet a male staff member berated us for being “late.” Even though the staff upstairs had kept us upstairs for 10 minutes because we were still early.

When we finally got on the track, both of our karts malfunctioned. We pressed the SOS button on our karts repeatedly and even waved at staff, but were completely ignored.
