It's kind of disappointing. There's very little about Tin-Tin and next to nothing about Asterix. I mean both Tin-Tin and Asterix are icons in the world of comics. Few things about Smurfs. They are renovating the 3rd floor.

They have a large collection of comic books and also a section organized by languages. The owner was very polite and kind to us! I will definitely return whenever I come back to Brussels.

Unfriendly seller. edit: Lowered one more star because the reply of the business to my google rating was awful. I didn't ask for a discount or anything and the reply was just about me asking for a discount or free books. The reason I said "unfriendly seller' because I said hello 2 times and he didn't reppIy. And later I managed to get his attention and was just asking for english books and he was very unhappy of my trying to find English books. And he said some foreign words which weren't with a happy sound.

I am usually very generous with my ratings to the business owners and if this place made me unhappy, then it means this place is unhappy. You could find many more others who are customer friendly in that area I am...

Cette maison de la Bande Dessinée est un beau magasin chaleureux en forme de U avec le comptoir (la caisse) au centre. Le lieu est reposant, pour une fois sans musique de fond, halleluja !

Ils sont bien achalandés en BD's francophones surtout qui sont présentées d'une façon tant bien attrayante que pratique.

Mais il y a aussi un assez bel assortiment de BD's néerlandophones pour les visiteurs de la Flandre ou les Bruxellois éduqués en neerlandais comme moi (à BXL il y a +/- 15 % de néerlandophones).

En final vous y trouverez des BD's en d'autres langues, ceci spécialement pour les touristes, assortiment limité aux séries hyperconnues internationalement, genre Tintin.

Le service (en général 2 personnes) y est correct et si on a besoin d'un conseil il n'y a qu'à demander.

Aussi sont-ils bien situé derrière le coin de notre si belle gare centrale ici à Bruxelles avec vue sur le Mont des arts qui vous amène vers la place Royale.

Attention, ça monte fort dans ce coin. Et oui, Bruxelles n'est pas seulement batie sur des marécages, mais est tout autant vallonné. Il y a ici plus de collines que les dites 7 de Rome.
