So I haven't been here in about five years, and I thought I would come and watch the hockey game. (There was no volume, so I wasn't sure if I was going to stay. There wasn't much service, so I went at got my own menu from the other side of the bar) I was looking at the menu, and I couldn't decide on what to order, so when I was ready to start asking the bartender questions on a specific drink, she got busy giving a couple guys their bills. A man came in and sat beside me. Since my phone completely died, I asked him what time it was, and he said, "It's 2:35". So there were 2 cocktails that looked the same, but with different kinds of alcohol, and 1 was a dollar cheaper on Happy Hour. (Which I was told started at 2:30) I asked the bartender what the difference was, and she said that 1 was like a soda, with a splash of slush. (So a lot less sweet) That 1 sounded like something I'd like, and it was after 2:30, so I ordered it, expecting the HH price (I also asked for light ice, in which it wasn't). Anyway, when I finished the drink, I asked her for my bill, and I was charged the daily special price. "Can I have it for the happy hour price?" I asked. "No, sorry. It was rung in before the time. The machine does it automatically." I looked at the guy beside me in confusion, and he said "Wasn't it 2:35 when you asked me for the time?" "Yeah, that's what I thought? But I guess she rang it in before I ordered it?" I was pretty confused, but just paid it anyway! That extra dollar was her tip, so I didn't tip at all!
Bottom line: WHEN ORDERING FROM HERE, SCREENSHOT THE TIME YOU ORDERED, AND SPECIFY WHAT SPECIAL YOU WANT, OR THEY'LL...

We had some major issues the owner and manager refused to come to our table to help. When the manager was forced to he said, you guys from out of town? So we won't see you again anyway? Horrific service. I have never experienced such issues. Now what happened is as follows there was 10 people we stayed in the back room. The kids ordered there food first and got there food first. There was three separate adult parties that ordered. All the food came one party at a time and very lengthy intervals in between the other getting served. Mean while we were never checked in on so they didn't even know a party didn't get their meal at all. We went to tell them and had to stand there waiting for our food. When it came out they said they would do something. What they did was give a free $4 dollar beer. We complained and said this isn't right everyone was done eating and the last two meals just showed up. Than they gave 50% off one meal but we had to fight for that. That's when I asked for a manager, shocking one has not shown up yet. When he came he said your from out of town so we won't see you again anyway? Insinuating we don't care about you. The food was meh, the service was meh and the owner/manager is just horrible. This has been the worst experience I have had and I eat out every single day. I travel a lot so I have had experiences all over the world. This establishment gets the worst rating I...
Read moreI’d like to begin this review by stating that I NEVER write poor reviews. It’s rare for me to even write a positive one. But our server Emily was extremely rude. To start, she didn’t ask if my friend wanted the two piece fish ($23 or the one piece $16). Her failure to ask, made my friend have to pay $23 instead of $16. I’m assuming she did this to make her tip higher, which was the first issue. Emily didn’t only mess up her order, (which is fine people make mistakes) but she messed up my boyfriends order as well. The issue here is, when corrected, she took none of the blame and placed it all on him. She made him feel stupid when it was HER failure to ask and “clarify” which sauce on the burger she was talking about. The food was pretty good, but the server was incredibly rude - making the experience here not as good as it should’ve been. I understand people make mistakes, but belittling people and not taking the blame for your actions is straight up unfortunate. Her attitude was unfathomable and made absolutely zero sense. It takes a lot for me to be mad, and when I tell you my blood was boiling listening to the way this woman was speaking to my boyfriend. After this unfortunate experience we all tipped her well, which says a lot about the kind of people we are. I wanted to write something so that hopefully something can be done about this. We aren’t from the area, we’re from Ontario. I just hope next time we come down our experience can be better and this server can be held responsible for her actions.
Emily also forgot my friends Pepsi… just had to add...
