I am extremely disappointed with this Walmart location. extremely disrespectful, dishonest and does not follow Walmart policy.
On todays date I called in to the customer service to ask if they would price match a Game of Thrones DVD box set that is on Walmart.ca for 89.99$ Their store currently sells it for close to 200$. On the telephone they agreed to price match what was shown online.
I decided to head in and drive to the store with the one and only purchase. I grabbed the DVD box set and proceeded up to customer service. Once I was at customer service, I ended up waiting for a bit while the "Customer Service Managers" were done on their cell phones and not paying attention to customers. Finally once one of them noticed me standing there, I told them I was the individual that called in and I was there to purchase the Game of Thrones DVD box set. I proceeded to show them the online marketed price for the exact item being sold in the store. It seemed like the individuals were happy to accommodate until they realized the price difference. Once they realized the price difference they began to look over the items over and over trying to figure out any angle possible to not accommodate the price match they originally said they would.
The Individuals working as "Customer Service Managers" were "Savineet" and "Karim". Both of whom were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in trying to create a argument, then any form of customer service. when I asked to speak to the managers, they replied that they were the managers.
In the End their reasoning to not accommodate the price match guarantee was that the online copy sold stated "Online Only" which made zero sense as I was holding the very same copy. and there store UPC number did not match the one online. when I informed them that I would like to make a complaint with someone and asked for their names and the refusal in writing. they refused to provide their names and refused to put anything in writing. instead they called over a college who was a "Fresh Manager" or "produce". This individuals name was Peter. This individual only spoke to his college and at no time asked myself for any information or handled the situation as a actual manager would. Pretty much told me they were price matching the item and if I don't like it too bad and walked away.
when I inquired as to who was running the store. They told me that was him. I asked who would I talk to about putting in a formal complaint, and they pointed over to a sign on the wall, and said that's his number. I could call and deal with him. which turn out to be Dean Whyte.
After leaving the store I proceeded to call the number as posted which is the Walmarts main phone number. I was directed to customer service and spoke to the same people once again. I simply asked if they could transfer myself to the voicemail of Dean Whyte, so I could leave a message for him to call me back. To which they refused.
All and all I am completely amazed by the unprofessional behaviour, the disrespectful attitude, and the violation os a Walmart Policy. This location should be avoided at any cost.
not to mention all of the drug addicts that loiter outside harassing people for spare change. and the rotten and expired food on the shelve. I'd suggest reading a lot more of the bad reviews on here, and see the pictures...

We have had different sized pictures made from regular right up to poster size. We have been in 3 times within 2 weeks and have been amazed by the excellent customer service we have received each time. Each time we have been in the person working has been extremely helpful to us. They have come over without us even asking to ask if we needed help. We sure did. They were able to edit the pictures for us, crop them, enlarge them and on one occasion scan pictures to 600 DPI for us as the thumb drive we had only had the pictures scanned to 100 DPI. Not one single time did any of those helping us charge us extra money for their extra help. Not once did they make us feel rushed or silly for not knowing how to do the editing. It is very rare today to find such great customer service and to get it from 3 different people says a lot. One of the ladies that helped us the first time we came in was named Michelle. She actually helped us to the point her shift was over and then went and clocked out and actually came back on her own time to help us. Think about that for a second. Who does that these days? Michelle impressed us not only by her knowledge of how to edit and improve the quality of our pictures but by her cheery, helpful and polite character. Thank you very much Michelle for helping us with those pictures they were extremely important to us and your time and efforts made them even better. Keep up the outstanding customer service. Trust us lots of people appreciate it very much. On the other two occasions we were in we were helped by Ranjini and Rachel both also gave us excellent service. We do not go to Walmart often and to be honest never in a million years expected to be treated so excellent by anyone there. To the manager of the Photo Center you have 3 outstanding workers and are very lucky to have them working there. Praise them often as again nobody gives that kind of customer service anymore. 1.Poor security When you walk into this store, you will see one or more security guards by the entrance leaning up against the metal gate, usually with their foot or leg hanging over the metal bars. The security guards are ALWAYS scrolling on their personal cell phone or chatting away with other security guards about non store related topics. Poor first impression when you enter a store.
Lazy Self Scan Staff Self scan staff NEVER greet you with a hello or a smile when you enter self scan, and never say goodbye or have a good day when you are leaving. The self scan staff are ALWAYS huddled together, either goofing off, or talking about non store related topics. The self scan tills are usually dirty as the staff never care to clean them regularly.
Staff on Cell Phones I have walked into the clothing aisle and saw a staff member crouched down hiding while talking on her personal cell phone. I was in in the personal care aisle and saw another staff member on speaker phone while she was working.
Poor Customer Service Staff There was a female worker named Ravinder at the customer service counter, she is rude and should never be at customer service if she can't be friendly with honest paying customers.
Also the overweight female supervisor who always looks really sloppy named Kiran needs some serious retraining on how to be professional, and speak professionally to customers. When I spoke with her she was arrogant and had a major attitude problem. Not at all supervisor material. She needs a major makeover...
