Baskin Robbins — Local services in Barrie

Baskin Robbins location on Bayfield Street across from Canadian Tire is an an excellent location to visit. We always got our cakes from them. The manager Brijesh is excellent. I trusted him with all my cake orders. Most were edible digital image cakes. I was never disappointed. The cakes were always ready for pick up and looked perfect. At times I just made the deadline. All staff at the location are all friendly and have good manners. I moved 2.5 hrs from Barrie recently but if I'm ever in the area again I'll be sure to visit for ice cream or a cake. I highly recommend this location. The manager Brijesh needs recognition. I hope he is awarded. I've always liked Baskin Robbins as do my kids. But this location in particular is a great one thanks to Brijesh and his staff. Thanks for helping to make our b.days and holidays...

The ONLY place I have been able to find rainbow sherbet that has raspberry, orange and PINEAPPLE. Chapman's has lime instead of pineapple and I hate it. The servings are very generous, but the prices are fairly high as well.

Only complaints.. the girl that served us had to take a phone call while we were being served (that seemed to take forever) and she was alone so we had to wait. An inconvenience more than a complaint, but I know some more difficult customers wouldn't appreciate it. Quite a number of tubs of the hard ice cream was down to the bottom and looked and tasted old....

Had the worst experience ever. The workers are very rude got the finger from the ladies working there tonight. I went with my family at around 8:15pm and asked for an ice cream with hot caramel and got hot fudge. I told the lady that was working there politely that I asked for Carmel not fudge and they both started arguing with me that I asked for the wrong topping, they did not want to replace it and continued arguing with me. I never experienced such humiliation in front of other customers and my family. I will never ever step another foot in that store, very rude ladies...
