Not suggested. Spicy chicken bowl was served in a regular box with an aluminium foil placed on bottom. How could someone eat with a fork(provided by them) when you have aluminium foil in the bottom. The fork is going to pierce through the foil and you will eat the pieces of aluminium foil eventually. They were Out of stock of medium salsa, and black beans as well. Should inform the customer as soon as they walk in if they are out of something major not after they have already waited for 20 minutes.
Update after their reply: my original review focused of the food safety point of view but since they are providing false information in their reply. I am providing more information regarding the entire experience. as per the restaurant they served the food within 5-7 minutes of me going there. I would request them to please provide the cctv footage with timestamp and you will see the time taken between me walking in the restaurant and having the food in my hand. They will also see in the footage that after having a few bites of the meal, i had to garbage the entire meal. Reason being: 1) aluminium foil pieces might already be mixed in the rice 2) rice was cold 3) their spicy chicken had a smell that is not appetising (i have had it multiple times at other locations so i know about it)

Read moreThis is the worst restaurant I have ever seen. I went to pick up an order, and the lady was overly focused on the customers but completely ignored the drivers. Even though I was also picking up an order for their customer, she had no sense of how to behave or talk properly. At the end, I ended up canceling the order after waiting 20 minutes.
Try Mucho Burrito and Burrito Boyz—they are far better. Ridiculous!

This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at your restaurant. I’ve been there multiple times, and the situation has always been the same. I’ve been doing Uber for the last two years, and I’ve never had such delays anywhere else.
If your restaurant is constantly running busy, you should consider hiring more staff to handle things properly. Plus, there is an option in the Uber system to adjust the wait time so drivers don’t have to waste 20-30 minutes standing around.
If you’re trying to save money by not hiring enough staff, that’s fine—but don’t do it at the cost of a driver’s time. This is our source of income, and long waits hurt our earnings. Hopefully, you take this feedback seriously and make some...
Read moreI am a frequent Quesada customer as the burritos and tacos are awesome. Unfortunately, this location might have some of the worst employees I've ever encountered. My second time here and both times were bad experiences... This time around they chinced out on all toppings, barely any protein and my large burrito look like a small at best. To top it all off, the bathrooms (both men and women) were closed for an unknown reason. I got two burritos, both had barely any flavor and appeared to be rolled/folded by an infant. Oh and they were out of water (how?) and a few other ingredients, namely cilantro. Employees were very rude with their responses when asked about adding more toppings.
I wish I took a picture of them - but I got half way through and we threw them out.
Wish I could rate this location lower. Changes need to be made.
