Nails for you.Terrible Experience - Avoid This Salon!
I had a refill and repair for 3 nails at Bail for You in Georgian Mall, Barrie. After just 3 days, the nails literally started breaking in half. When I returned to have them repaired, I politely asked for the 3 broken nails to be fixed, as they were still brand new. However, the man at the counter flat-out refused, claiming I needed a completely new set.
This is completely unacceptable. The broken nails were part of the new set they had just done, proving their poor workmanship. I had heard others say this salon was incompetent, but I gave them a chance — unfortunately, they proved the warnings right.
This salon does not take responsibility for its mistakes and has terrible customer service. Save your money and go elsewhere.

In twenty years will people still want to shop at Georgian Mall? I come to this mall whenever I want to return things I bought in Toronto and I just want to get my money back. The staff always tells me, "Where did you buy this product? We don't have it in stock yet." When this happens I learn that malls outside the GTA have some of the oldest item stocks and it likely takes months or literally years for their items inventories to be updated. Read moreMy two year old and I wandered into the Bonkers store today to browse. An employee approached us as my son was checking out the farm hoppers that were placed under a table. The employee made a comment about how my son shouldn't touch the display table which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome so we quickly left. She followed us out while making remarks as if I was being rude by leaving. Another woman who was also browsing the store approached me afterward stating that she didn't think my child did anything wrong and that she left feeling uncomfortable after watching the employee interact with us. So congratulations, you've lost more than two customers with one rude remark! This store shouldn't offer toys if it is not...
