Read moreBarrie is my local Sephora witch is about 40 mins from my house. I've spent so much at this location and been there multiple times especially in the last 6-7 months. At first I was way to shy to ask for samples or to take anything back especially because the employees treat me like I have no idea what I'm looking for when I'm there just because I like to bounce between the sections and different brands. The last couple times I've gone there they've treated me like crap always giving me dirty looks and when I ask for help finally after being asked 6 different times if I need help finding something I always leave with either the wrong sample or not even gotten one because they forgot about me. I like to test the more expensive make up items before I purchase them as my skin is so sensitive it's hard to find something that doesn't break me out and they make it so hard. I've had maybe two ladies from the store be helpful and treat me like a paying customer should be treated but it seems the rest are stuck up. Read moreI went to this store last Sunday (May 12th), I purchased few items and one of them is the lash serum. I paid and came out of the store and sat on a chair started to open all the products to check and I saw there is nothing inside the lash serum pack. I went back in and said it is empty after few minutes the employee came back and said they will replace it but they have to make a note on my account (as if I am lying/thief). I understand where they come from but at the same time how is it my fault if the package is empty, that is on them to make sure everything is in place. I felt so embarrassed to even get the replacement but I paid for it. Basically it is like either it’s their fault or someone else took the product and left the package but I had to go through what I went through by paying for it. They could check the Mall camera to see if I sneaked it but it is very unfair and I don’t want to go to this store anymore. I would really appreciate if proper action is taken.
