I went to this location yesterday and i found the service to be piss poor. long story short, I dropped me ice cream on the floor (it was one scoop) and most places they would have no problem with giving the customer exactly what they got, but unfortunately the lady with the glasses who works there said "it's your fault, why would i give you another scoop", then i asked for a refund and yet she still wouldn't give me that. I simply asked her co-worker if she was in training and then she came back to give me attitude and talk to me in broken English. To the owner of the store, HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW ENGLISH. WE ARE NOT IN INDIA, WE ARE IN CANADA. PLEASE LEARN ENGLISH. The lady with the glasses gave me a lot of attitude, for no reason at all. Overall, the people who work at this location need to know what customer service is. Mind you this lady is making a big deal over a scoop of ice cream, like i said when i asked for my refund she wouldn't do it and her co-worker did it for me. Over $3 dollars. You guys are pathetic, and PLEASE LEARN...
Read moreI recently visited Baskin-Robbins and tried a few different flavors. Some of them were a hit, while a few didn’t quite stand out for me. 🍦 Flavors I tried: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – creamy and sweet, definitely enjoyable. Rum Raisin, Rainbow Raisin & Cherries Jubilee – these weren’t really my favorites; the flavors were a bit too strong or not as refreshing as I expected. Very Berry Strawberry – absolutely delicious! Fresh, fruity, and perfectly balanced — I’d definitely get this one again. 🍧 Service: The staff were very patient and friendly. They let me taste a few flavors before deciding, prepared cones neatly, and even packed scoops nicely into boxes for takeaway. The service was quick, which made the experience even better. Overall: Even though not every flavor was perfect, the excellent service and the variety make Baskin-Robbins worth visiting. I’ll definitely go back for more of their berry and fruit-based...

I walked into the store with my wife, 8 month old baby and support dog. Support dog being 12lbs I kept him in my arms and away from the counter out of respect for other patrons.
Your employee refused to serve me because of my support animal.
Visibly upset, I told her to take my order so I could leave immediately and have my wife finish the rest of the transaction.
She refused because "I was not a nice person" according to her
This is like refusing to serve someone disabled because their wheelchair isnt allowed inside. She stripped me of my support, my sense of security, my dignity and respect. Not to mention embarassing me in front of my family and other patrons.
When my wife went back in to politely ask for her name she refused and said "it's personal...
