Five Guys — Restaurant in Brampton

Five Guys feels like it’s lost a lot since it’s the only location in Brampton. When there was a five guys in bramaela at least the whole town wasn’t coming to this location. Now that the second location is gone the food has gone down but business is still booming. Because five guys is rare in Canada and could go out of business as we speak. It needs some credit for being able to allow their customers to have free peanuts without buying anything and make a mess. Also the burgers and fries sometimes make people full before you even start your meal. It would’ve been better if there was an option for meals but five guys wants your money more than your support. The employees don’t really seem to care about you either. It’s kind of like going to a theme park and having the employee tell you that you’re too short or tall for a ride. The only reason you should come here is for the food and the 80s nostalgic environment that surrounds the building. You have to be in the mood for five guys and often that means you have to put up with the salty fries, crunchy peanuts and half...

Five Guys usually has online ordering you can usually order through the phone and avoid the immediate wait time. Tonight I did not use ordering ahead. I went in there was a few people to line but I only had to wait 10 minutes for my food. This is a very busy area (next to a Walmart and Fortinos on the corner of Bovaird and Hurontario) so tonight was a busy night given that it is Friday. Luckily they had a lot of staff working in the kitchen, and they have all the precautions of spacing people out in the restaurant.

The food looked good like it usually does. Perhaps it was the cold night that cooled my fries within 20 mins. Besides that, the peanut oil still gives the fries a delicious and unique taste.

I ordered a regular Bacon Cheeseburger. It wasn't too sloppy, and it tasted decent. It did have a weird smell but i think its the type of cheese they used (i think they use American Cheddar).

I recently dined in at Five Guys and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service. The individual who took my order, Gurshan, was incredibly professional and well-mannered. His attention to detail and courteous demeanor made the visit truly memorable. It's rare to encounter such high-quality service, and he definitely deserves recognition for his efforts.

The food was equally impressive. The burger patty was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was also remarkably quick, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to enjoy my meal.

Overall, this visit to Five Guys exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend visiting this location for both the excellent food and the top-notch service. It's clear that the staff, especially the guy who took my order, take great pride in his work. Five...
