Very disappointed with the outcome of my experience here. So as my girlfriend and I were seated there was a 20min wait before our waiter arrived, but in her defence she was serving some other customers, so the manager attended to us, but still 20min a little to long I think. Secondly once the food order was placed we were both disappointed, my girlfriend ordered a baked potato and got mashed, so the waiter took her plate back and had it switched, then she asked for her steak medium and got well done, I ordered medium rare and got medium. So they took both our plates again and had it corrected The waiter did apologize, and the manager brought out the new meals a while after and apologized, but now for the 4th mistake one meal was missing the mushrooms that were ordered with the meal. So for a total of four times our meal was interrupted, we no longer felt like eating the food because we got a little full from the bread and salad, but we still ate some of the food. At the end we were offered a free slice of cheese cake, but we declined as we were to full. So instead they discounted a glass of wine we ordered and that was the end of a "3 HOUR" dinner. I think that was ridiculous they should of at least offered a discount or better, especially for the standard "THE KEG" represents itself for. Read moreFirst Time going to the keg Monday and I can honestly say that will be my last time ever. First off when I first got there it took ten minutes to be seated. Thought it was busy but when I got in there i realized it wasn't. Sat in the lounge part in the back and had the worst service I have ever experienced. Drink was finished and our waitress kept walking by us and not coming to our table. Had to drink my girlfriend's drink in the mean time. Our waitress was just standing at a table with friends and talking to them so loud the whole time we were there. The chef had to bring us our appetizer because she was just standing with friends the whole time. After we finished eating we had to wait at least 20 min before she came up to us ( we already had our jackets on to give her the hint) Finally we paid and left. The best part of the night was when she FINALLY came back so we could leave. Didn't check on us at all while we were eating our dinner. I have seriously never had worse service anywhere I couldn't believe it . While we were waiting to get our receipt another worker came up to our waitress and told her people had been waiting so long at the front door to be seated that they started SEATING THEMSELVES. The highlight of our evening was meeting Cristina, our server, who was truly phenomenal. Cristina is a shining star with her exceptional hospitality, sweet demeanor, and warm personality. She went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable dining experience, making us feel incredibly valued and special.
To add to the magic, the manager personally came to greet us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel like royalty. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary celebratory cake, which was both delicious and thoughtful.
The ambiance, food, and outstanding service combined to create the best dining experience I’ve ever had. This is a place where guests are treated like kings and queens, and I can’t wait to return again and again.
