Do not order through any app for delivery. I was a regular customer here, would normally go in person to get my lunch along with my co-workers before the pandemic and it was fine, I ordered through uber eats, paid for extra meat, when my food arrived my bowl was almost half empty. There was less than regular amount of meat, even though they charged me for double, almost no veggies, no rice, it is an absolute rip off and a disgusting way to run a business. I get you want to make a profit, but stealing from your customers is not the way to do it.

Beyond disappointed with them, I highly suggest to AVOID this place, you will not be getting anything even near your moneys worth. There are far better Mexican restaurants in the area that actually give you the proper amount of food that you are paying for. I would give them 0 stars if I could, lost a regular customer. I guess because the customer is not there in person to watch them make the bowl, they take advantage and put far less food to save money on their end.

Worst experience ever on this location. I went to buy a burrito bowl and I have couple of things that really want management to improve.

Based on the size of the bowl, it’s quantity and price doesn’t match at all. In $10.50 I was given single scoop of the item. When I asked to put some extra stuff this guy just denied and said you could have bought large size whereas the size of the bowl was no where mentioned on the menu board nor I was asked about the size before making the bowl. Highly unprofessional. I was standing at the counter to pay for my meal and that guy just went away in the kitchen without giving me the receipt. Bad customer service. When I came home, opened the bowl, there was such a foul smell coming out as the veggies were not fresh and were stale. Bad experience and would never recommend anyone going at this store. Chicken was full of salt, I literally had to garbage the whole bowl.

I really want the Franchise owner to look into it take preventive measures otherwise the store...

• It's been over 2 weeks, and no response from Manager* I am overall disgusted and beyond disappointed with the manager. The manager has neglected to contact me with a food issue. It's been 48 hours now, my husband and I ordered from these guys and my husband got chicken burrito. It was COLD AND NOT GRILLED!!!! The chicken was not properly cooked, and my husband has food poisoning now!!! We even did the priority option. We live 7 mts away by car. The food was ridiculously disgusting and cold.
