Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

Today i with my friend went to eat pizza … i have health issues and as per my doc i cannot eat too much cheese … i requested the lady who was taking my order if she can spread less cheese on the half pizza … she was too rude with me and trying to be oversmart…after then i was waiting for my pizza and they were talking with each other in loud noise that why you take these kind of orders bla bla in their native language and i also heard abusive language from one of the employee ‘ sanki’ kind of word… seems like she was frustrated and taunting us … then i went there and asked from her whats wrong with my order, i m not forcing uh to do that, just requesting… and nobody was giving name and she said i m the manager here … so i was like whom to complain … basically that manager was supporting her rude employee and was looking more stupid … manager don’t know how to manage the place … and honestly with such vibes how could one person can eat … i would not go to this place anymore … if i would have given a option of zero star to this place … i would… I really request uh plz hire those employees who really love to serve people …. Basically we all earn for our food … and if these kind of services will be provided to thé people its not good for their...

I work at a long-term care home and placed an order for our residents. I ordered 3 party sized pizzas, and let them know that I needed the receipt to be under $50 for my work to process it. They transferred me to customer service, and again I explained that I would like them to put two pizzas on one receipt, and the other pizza on another receipt so both receipts would be under $50. The person I spoke to said this would be no problem, and that they would explain this to the store. When the pizzas arrived, they sent me two receipts both totaling $91, which is not what I asked for. I was very frustrated and contacted customer service. I was on hold for 15 minutes, and then the phone was hung up. I called back and was on hold for another 10 minutes until I spoke to a representative that told me they can't split orders onto two receipts and that I was out of luck. The representative was very rude and did not care at all that I had already been told that this could be done. He did not help me in any way. I am extremely frustrated with my experience and will not be ordering...

I have eaten pizza here close to ten times, the stuff is amazing all the time, but it's the owner, he is annoying as hell.

It's like after you have eaten over there, he wants to get rid of you, constantly hovering and giving you looks like wrap it amup and go, just cares about money.

After we finished eating, my sister went to use the washroom, meanwhile I am just sitting there , so the owner comes out just to have a look.at the restaurant and he saw me sitting alone and he saw that I am with other person and he immediately guessed that other person is in washroom, so he goes to washroom and does a fake knock, so the person inside thinks there are other people waiting to use the washroom. But NO, he just wanted to get rid of us, khana kha liya , now leave, like we weren't even sitting there for 10 mins after the food was over. He also gave looks like I would want you to leave. Extremely annoying and cynical.

The staff is amazing though, ...
