So I came with my family last night around 8pm. We were served all right, got our food ordered, right from the get go, it was fine.
We got our food, it was honestly just okay. It was kind of a bummer that it was room temperature though. We ordered the nacho appetizer and the “melted” cheese was already solid by the time it came to our table.
While eating, the atmosphere of the restaurant was kind of overstimulating because there were a group of employees huddled behind the bar just laughing, talking and giggling the whole time. My family and I could not even have a proper conversation with one another because they were that loud.
Our server, I forgot her name but I think she had red hair and raspy voice, she took our order well but when it came to our payment, she pulled something slick. We asked if we can pay in gift cards and the rest with our card, she said no problem. She starts sliding our gift cards, it went through but it also brought us to multiple pages she said she’s “going to skip through it” for us as the machine was just asking too many questions to verify. We agreed and let her skip through those. Now when it came to the card payment to pay the remaining portion, she again “skipped” to multiple parts of the machine and just asks us to tap our card.
We tap our card and we got a little suspicious as she said her thank you’s and left quick. We were as in confused like how about the tip portion of the payment? We wanted to give a big tip for her service but after we got to our car is when we realized that she self selected her tip without telling us and asked us to tap. This is honestly quite insane that it’s led to sneakily just selecting your own tip as the server, WITHOUT telling your customers. That’s an actual scam. Atp it’s actually just stealing customer’s money without telling them.
Y’all honestly need to do better and be transparent with your customers because this is not right. We thank you for the food and we thank you for the great service, but sneakily choosing your tip without telling us? A total buzzkill of the whole experience. Let me remind you that tipping is NOT mandatory but optional. Y’all need to train your staff because that...

Our dining experience at Kelsey's last night was truly exceptional, all thanks to our server Michaella. From the moment my party of three was seated, Michaella greeted us with an infectious smile and a warm, welcoming energy that set a delightful tone for the evening.
Throughout our meal, Michaella was the epitome of professionalism and charm. She was attentive without being intrusive, and her recommendations from the menu were spot-on, enhancing our dining experience with each dish we tried. What stood out the most was her quick response when a minor hiccup occurred—a mix-up with our order where we received a 10 piece wings instead of the 15 we had ordered. Michaella handled the situation with such efficiency and grace, quickly correcting the error and even checking back to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which it certainly was.
Not only did Michaella correct the mistake swiftly, but she also managed to keep us engaged and happy, leaving us with nothing but smiles by the end of our meal. Her ability to handle everything with such professionalism truly made our night.
It's not every day you encounter a server who can turn a small oversight into a positive experience, making sure all guests leave happier than when they arrived. Michaella did just that, and it is servers like her that will keep us coming back to Kelsey’s. Hats off to Michaella for her exceptional service! We can't wait to return and enjoy another...
Read moreDISAPPOINTED! I dined here for my birthday with friends and was disappointed to know that they could not switch the birthday dessert from cheesecake to the funnel cake fries (even though it is the same price as the cheesecake). I absolutely hate cheesecake and to be honest I dined there hoping I would get the funnel came fries as my birthday dessert and was the only thing I was looking forward to dining there, as it was done last year for my birthday and it was my first time last year trying it and it only brought me back on different occasions and I always ordered it. My server Jenn tried speaking to the manager to switch it because I told her I don't like cheesecake and due to a dietary restriction I cannot eat it; however, she was told that the owner changed the rules and I was upset as I am a regular there and always bring in friends and family. If Jenn did not switch my dessert for the funnel cake fries last year I would have never known how good it was and I think it is a good marketing tactic as I have always ordered dessert after that and never used to order dessert when dining out. This is the first time I have given this location 3 stars, it always used to be 5 stars every visit but I am considering finding a different restaurant location to be a regular at. The only highlight of my birthday dinner was being served by Jenn, she is amazing and deserves the recognition...
