Rude and unhelpful staff. I have been two this store twice, and both times I received the worst possible customer experienced. The staff who work there are rude and unhelpful. When you ask them for information, you seem to be disturbing them. The last time I went, there was a group of 3 employees chatting together as I came into the store. They literally ignored me, and I had to ask them to come out of their office area to come answer my question. I inquired about Port glasses, and they told me that I could go to the second floor to look and I could ask staff there. I went up there, and there was absolutely no staff in sight anywhere on the floor. After looking around, I did not find what I was looking for and went back down. When I reached the staff area, they were still talking among themselves, and again ignored me. I mentioned to them that there were no staff upstairs to help me find what I was looking for. Their response was just "Oh?". No one offered to come and help me. At this point, I just left and no one among the staff seemed to care in the least. I will definitely not...

I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to give a shout out to the store management. I ordered plates on Linen Chest online and a couple came broken. Their online wait times to resolve issues are really long and poorly managed. I went in-store to resolve the issue, and the experience was absolutely seamless. The manager and her team were quick to resolve it and did not question anything - they just simply wanted me to get what I had paid for. The worst customer service. The manager of the store is an arrogant woman. Not willing to help, not listening to us, lying and finding excuses just not to help a return. The worst is that younger employees there look up to her and had the same attitude laughing at us and being humiliating and arrogant to us.
