Love this addition to Burlington. Their product selection is fantastic, well displayed and prices are clearly marked. The store is clean and well organized!!!!! The staff are so friendly and kind. The manager was so welcoming and was willing to chat. Kat/Katherine the cashier was the best customer service I've dealt with in a long time. She walked me through the business account set up, informed me on how it works, explained I got the discount of certain products and was so helpful navigating the store. I’ve gone to the location in Mississauga and that was a disgustingly experience. Asking anyone for help was a struggle and once finally getting someone’s attention they would just say “i don’t know” and made zero effort past that. But at this location I was pleasantly surprised by Evans. Who was very helpful in finding the Nashville sauce and even took my info to give me a call when more would be in stock.
