Beautiful interior and wonderful location but what idiot decided it was a good idea to build a new condo with no AC? My unit is at a perpetual 30-37 degrees, even on cool nights.
The ventilation is awful, which is only exacerbated by the fact that smoking is permitted in the building, so enjoy smelling people's cancerous smoke in the hallways.
The elevators are frequently down and the lineups to take an elevator last for 20-30 minutes on bad days. The entrance to the staircase is locked by the way, which is 100% a fire hazard and major inconvenience when elevators are down.
Throwing out the trash is a hassle because you need to go on a 5 minute walk through the underground parking area to get to the garbage disposal while 30 year old condos have...

no a/c and it gets HOT in the summer, especially bad if you only have windows on one side so you have no airflow even if you have the windows open you impressed by the 5 elevators? its not enough, sometimes you have to wait upwards of 20-30 minutes in the morning to get into an elevator its a mall, so it gets really busy outside constant construction noises from other towers going up and you can hear the skytrain screeching at every departure/arrival
