I booked an appointment, sadly I missed it due to my grandfather passing away. I then called him and scheduled a new appointment and he told me 5:45, I walked there and sat down to wait for my appointment. He then looked at me and told me in a rude manner, that he isnt cutting my hair. And then i proceeded to say but i thought the appointment was for 5:45 and he told me he changed his mind and he doesnt feel like cutting my hair.
