Me and my husband wanted to buy pre-pack one with my favorite flavor on the wall-machine and when I ask how much was each pack to Indian lady, she said it's depend on the weight of container. I was curious because former owner let me purchased around $10, as same price as other pre-pack in the fridge. So, my husband let that lady to put the ice cream in the container. She didn't put ice cream fully enough because my husband didn't want to pay a lot with full container. When we tried to pay, I asked to other cashier girl how much is it, and she said each costs $12-13 as a fixed price. I started to get confuse. Who is right?? I explained to them I purchased a bit cheaper in here before and wonder why is the price went up. Even the owner came and said it's depend on gram. I understand if the owner decided to raise the price, but why couldn't they explain CLEARLY to the customer???Couldn't they simply say that pre-pack price can be changed by store owner? Once we heard it's fixed price, I asked them if we can put more ice cream into the container. Believe or not, the owner seemed not understand what I asked for. When I had a glimpse there's a 7 in the 2nd digit so it was $27 because what I paid is $34.99 so he added tip when he press it!!!! Because I have no plan to give a tip on that place and there spoons you need to put it in a bucket with water for recycling!!! Absolutely a rude late 50's/mid 60's aged man who was at the counter. First, he was a grumpy when we asked if he accepted the Fido Mobility Entertainment Coupon. Then he complained that I was fighting too much with the yogurt dispenser (and I was not). Next, he attempted to resist honouring the two coupons we had for each of us, paying for ourselves. We each had our own Fido Mobility account, and each coupon had its own unique special code, entitling a 50% off discount, max $5. He finally did concede and processed each coupon and purchase separately.
We asked for receipts, and he became very sarcastic, mocking our request for "only a couple dollars" (in fact, one was a $5 discount, and the other a $2 discount). He was tapping his POS screen hard, looking for the transaction, seeming to show his contempt for our request for a receipt.
The final straw for us was that he had to make a condescending remark when he gave us the 2nd receipt, "There, go laminate this on the wall of your room."
I don't know how a fool can be working in retail customer service with this type of ultra-rude and...
