I’m honestly not sure where to begin, but I feel it’s important to share my experience as a heads-up for new customers. I showed up on time for my appointment, only to wait about 30–40 minutes. The barber seemed in no rush, chatting and laughing with others, occasionally glancing over at me. It was frustrating! if appointments aren’t respected, what’s the point of booking one?

Another big issue was the lack of communication. The barber (Edgar) & (Hussain) barely spoke or understood English, and I couldn’t clearly explain what I wanted. This led to a haircut that I wasn’t happy with at all. When I tried to express my concern, it felt like I wasn’t taken seriously! almost like I was being blamed for the misunderstanding! As always the customer fault!!
