AMAZING PEOPLE AND AMAZING FOOD. Totally saved a bad situation! Tonight I showed up to order my weekly quesadilla and totally forgot it was Cinco de Mayo. I saw the HUGE line and decided to go with Skip to get my order. My order was stated as delivered but wasn’t. After almost two hours with Skip customer service, I was told the restaurant was at fault BUT after going to the restaurant, I found out what really happened with a very impatient courier who still tried to say he delivered the food for the tip. The restaurant was so kind and helpful. They had my order ready but he left. They remade my food, and it was perfect considering how crazy busy they were! They were very mindful of washing their hands and using gloves but also portrayed great customer service for an issue that wasn’t even theirs to begin with! They even went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO THE RESTAURANT for your pick up as I eat hear weekly and have always had a positive experience which is easily taken away by these “delivery” services like Skip the dishes and their drivers who shouldn’t even be on the job. Again, these people got hit hard today with the holiday and they handled it with grace and not once did they let the pressure get to them, but instead they made sure their excellent customer service came through. Read moreWARNING I GOT FOOD POISONING: PORTIONS HERE ARE SMALLER, THEY CHEAP OUT ON TOPPINGS BIG TIME. I GOT SICK AND MISSED OUT ON WORK BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE. SHAME ON THIS STAFF FOR TREATING ME LIKE THIS. I WAS SICK TO MY STOMACH, LOST MY PAY. I HAVE A FAMILY TO FEED. Items look nothing like the picture. They try to intimidate you if you ask for just a little bit of extra toppings. So you get served with food and attitude on the side for free.
Server with glasses has a bad attitude and gets angry if you ask her to add more toppings that are complmentry.
Horrible customer service, this is why training is important. Every customer should feel proud to come here because they made a healthy choice, instead of going to a fast food place. They have no respect for you, to them you're just another number. Shame on this staff and management.
Wont spend another dime at this location, I will take my money to another business that know how to operate a location. PLEASE PRACTICE CLEANLINESS

Read moreWe came in as a group of 4 on Sunday Oct 20th. at around 12:40ish.The service of this place is so trash. The girl made it seem like it was as if it was a chore to make our order. We asked for extra pickled onions as she barely put any the initial time, and she rolled her eyes and chuckled…then proceeded to ask us “you really think that’s little?” which was pretty condescending, and then told us she would have to double charge us for extra pickled onions.
