Stay Away... don’t waste your time, money and energy. Horrible customer service. Big liars. I ordered 3 bedroom sets in July. One of the dressers had 2 drawers damaged and missing handles.Their delivery boy said nothing to worry about he will let the owner know and they will replace those with the new one. After waiting for 10 days when I didn’t hear anything back. I called the store, the man at the store said you were suppose to send us the pictures of the Damage in an email . I was like OK, no one told me to do so. Any way I sent an email with the pictures and again waited for 2 weeks and called back. He said he will let me know when new drawers and the missing handles will arrive. It took couple weeks again and called again this time they had the handles, I live in caledonia( close to Hamilton) went all the way to Brampton( their another location) To pickup handles and till now they had no idea about drawers when they will arrive. My husband called again and was told that they cannot replace the drawers. We will have to take these back and they will fix these and then we will have to pick them up and GOD knows how long this would take ( we have already given them 3 months to deal with this). I told the man I don’t want to deal with this anymore and they can reimburse me for the damage as we don’t have time to drive all the way to Cambridge or Brampton and they don’t want to come pickup or drop them off as now he is saying it’s not their delivery area..( when we placed the order they said yes, they can deliver to Caledonia ).The man at the store agreed that he will talk to Rimpy who I think is the owner and get back to me, he assured me nothing to worry about, we will reimburse you. not to mention one of the bedroom sets they said will be delivered in the first week of Sept, here we are in OCT and they still don’t have any answer for that. I went to their store this weekend for refund. Store man gave me the refund but when I asked about reimbursement for damaged drawers. He said there is nothing he can do about that. His wording was- anyone can come with a picture and ask for reimbursement. Dude you are the one who told me to send pictures in an email Are You Kidding Me? Now you are saying that. I will be reporting this to Business Bureau. I am also going to talk to my friend who works for a news channel, I will share my story with other people. So they don’t get treated the way they treated us. I feel emotionally drained and financially ripped off. They never return any calls after all the promises. They have caused so much stress and wasted so much of our time. they had our money for 3 months and I cannot even count the number of calls I had to make. Stay...
Read moreTo be very honest got worst cistomer service and work stuff ( mattress) from this place . I am going to attach the photo . We brougjt mattress in march end just after one month i was going to turn my mattress up side down as told by the sales person avi that turn mattress upside down every 30 days , so while turning mattress my hands felt foam When i saw the stiching came off feom down side of mattres , we clicked picture and went to store may first week complaint about this and they said they will contact us back , we hear nothing till july 15 after again i called and got to know mattress stiching came off because of me , because i tried to turn the mattress , like waoo ,, i am mad or have no sense , they are now being so rude and cruel , at this place they promise you anything happens to mattess bring it back . And now they are tellong drop us off and pick it back once fix , am i dumb i will pay $200 foe delivery even its not my fault . There sales person (lady) giving me example of an i phone , that if it breaks you have to pay to get it fix, Ok if its breaks from me and its not under waranty than i will pay to fix , but this mattress was not damaged by me and its under warranty , this was not a big senario but now i for sure going to make this big as there both sales person the guy avi and lady rimpi i guess have no sense of talking to customer , this family owned business think they cm make people fool very easily , and don’t care about people money and there self respect . I am attaching pictures of the mattress anyone can tell its stiching coming off and it not our default .
Both sales person need to exactly know what they are selling and record there words when they are selling stuff, i have used multiple furniture companies , never had such an issue with anyone , this was the first ever worst case .
I would seriously suggest people if you carefor your money and self respect please think twice visiting this store .
P.S :: And owner would comment that there is no sale of your name .. bla bla . So if sale is under someone else it doesn’t mean i can not put review. Just try to admit your mistake and improve your service rather just justifying . And even if your delete my review thats...
Read moreI am only giving them a 1 star as I cannot give them a zero. 2 months ago we had a couch delivered. The night after it was delivered, we put it together and started enjoying it. Unfortunately, one of the recliners on the loveseat sank and started grinding when trying to sit back while it was already reclined. We immediately stopped using it as to not damage it any further. I immediately called to see what could be done and the man asked if I could send an email so he could send it to the manufacturer. Ok, great. Fast forward 6 more weeks of contacting them through phone calls and emails, and all I was able to get in return were call backs with no solutions, or with promises of a call back with no call back. Last week I called on Monday to yet again get a resolution. He told me he'd call me back before closing that night. That didn't happen. The next day, I received a phone call saying that he'd call me the next day, Wednesday at store open. That, of course, didn't happen. It took a week's worth of time, and another email from me, to get them to call me back. At this point after 2 months of frustration, we just wanted to return it to be done with it. I just got off of the phone with a very rude man explaining that the manufacturer said that it's never happened before with that model, so they won't return it. Just because it's never happened before? And he chose to say that the weight of the individual must have caused it, meaning it was our fault, not theirs. These are all excuses as to not return the couch. And actually placing blame on the customer, 2 months after this originally happened. We have not been able to use our new couch for 7 weeks, and it has taken multiple calls and emails from me to even get a proper response, and when I finally do, it's so that they could place blame and argue. I am now waiting for someone else to call me back in a higher up position that might know how to deal in customer service resolution. We have never had such poor customer service. I hope this helps them to learn how to deal with customers and their issues. I will update my review when I hear back from them. Who knows how long...
