Sameer and the entire are absolutely the most kind, helpful and respectful people. Since the day I purchased my mailbox they have gone above and beyond for me. From printing, to faxing and assisting me with saving my files electronically, they ensured everything was done correctly and efficiently.

They have continously gone above and beyond to help me, especially in times when I was on a deadline - they made sure to get everything done on a timely manner.

Just paid over $6 for a two-page printout. When I asked for clarification on the pricing, the staff member responded arrogantly, saying, “You can have it for free,” instead of offering a clear explanation. He mentioned something about the me renting the printer from UPS and the fact that my file was a PDF — but none of that justifies the lack of transparency.

Here's a simple suggestion: Display your pricing clearly upfront. That way, customers can make an informed decision instead of being surprised at the counter. It would save both you and your customers the awkwardness of having to justify...
